forfeit timer cheating in canasta

o I have been a member since 2001 and see that this issue has been happening for over 3 years and NO ONE at POGO seems to care. They rAKE IN OUR MONEY FOR MEMBERSHIP YET DO NOTHING. SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING NO RENEWING
