Hey there, @Lindalou01.

Let's see if we can figure this out.

First off, can you please try clearing your browser cache to see if it improves data transfer? If it's remembering old information, it may not be passing along the new information.

Another thing to try is to ensure your Third Party Cookies are enabled for the game. This makes sure there's no roadblocks in your browser updating our servers with your progress. You can see if the information is set by checking the Pogo Compatibility Tool:

Cookies Enabled should read True
Do Not Track should read False

Please give those a try and let me know how it goes for you.

@EA_Arrenai Have done what you have said and re-started my computer played the game and still the game has not updated my wins, time is running out and I am so close to winning this badge and it is getting on my nerves and I am nearly throwing this computer in the bin I am fed up with this now.

  Hello, I did a copy and paste and hope this is ok
  I keep trying the game but nothing has changed, I think I have 1 day left.

    @Lindalou01 I have now lost that badge due to this problem. I am not happy and now completely fed up with pogo. This never used to happen before EA took over and I do not want to choose another challenge doing 150 3 x combos when it messes up like this one when I get to 223/250 and it will not let me get ant more ..... I did loads more I kept a record, and WHERE'S MY BADGE? I did everything you asked and still nothing, this does nothing to help the fact of staying at home situation.
