Mahjong Sanctuary - Challenge progress stopped

Mahjong Sanctuary - Mix-n-Match Challenge - Make Combo X3 250 times in 3 weeks!
Earn Mahjong Bridge Badge! - 223 of 250

I am trying to get this badge but I am not being credited with any new combos after 223, I am getting them and so is my husband but they are not showing as being credited, we know we are doing it right or we wouldn't of got 223, so pogo sort it out,. we have been trying now for about 5 days. We have tried 2 different computers and 2 different browsers. Does this mean I have lost this badge? I have 3 days left before time runs out then I lose the badge.

You're welcome to give Microsoft Edge Chromium a try, which is supported. You can download it from Microsoft here:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge

If you'd prefer, you can also give Mozilla Firefox a try.
