Re: Mahjong Sanctuary - Detective Tool Bug

I have found other discussions but reporting again as I cannot submit it anywhere besides here. Trying to move further along in Mahjong Sanctuary since it's the game of the month and no matter what I do I cannot move past level 12, where it is making me use the detective tool. I have tried using the tidal wave to skip it and it will do that then it'll bring the tool back up. I have tried all of the following as well: restart browser, tried both Chrome and Edge, cleared cache and cookies, made sure there were no updates, internet is connected. Also tried to get past it on multiple devices (desktop, laptop, tablet, phone). Where to go from here? Screenshot attached shows where the game gets stuck, this one was after I tried to skip past it with a tidal wave and this just popped right back up. No matter what is clicked on or moving mouse around it stays on this screen. Exiting the game and going back in, just does the same thing over and over again.
