I am getting so sick of this BS here on Pogo. Not only is my problem not fixed, I don't even get anyone to respond. I have had it up to here _____!
@keyslite, I am a volunteer helper here, not an EA employee.
First of all, I agree with you about the level of frustration and problems that exists at the Pogo game site. I am sure the people at EA won't appreciate me saying that, but it's my opinion and that of others, many of which have left Pogo for this reason.
Second, problems with some games exist and are not corrected promptly in some cases. So a patience is sometimes needed while waiting for a fix. If the problem continues for you with this game, go on to play other games that do work for you. This is only a way of trying to get buy temporarily until the problem is corrected with the game.
Third, because this is a website that requires playing by browser instead of a downloaded set of games, there are additional problems created with browser issues, like the need to periodically clear the cache (memory) of one's browser so it can store more information for games to work properly.
Finally, you have an option to contact EA to talk to them through online chat or by phone call back. This might help elevate the priority given to fixing this issue for you and others. If you would like to talk to an EA adviser using this option, follow the steps below.
1. Go to https://help.ea.com
2. Click on "Contact Us" at top of page
3. Select Pogo (It might default to Pogo)
4. Select Platform (PC, Mac, etc)
5. Select Topic (Technical support or Report a bug)
6. Select Issue (Game performance or Report bug)
7. Click on blue Select Contact option
8. On the next page called Case Information, decide if you want a phone call back or online chat.
9. If you want a phone call back, complete the requested information under the heading called "Get a call", then click on the Request Call button.
10. If you want online chat, click on where it says "Chat", enter a brief description of your issue in the "Subject" box, and then click on the "Request live chat" button.
11. If the estimated wait time is not reasonable to you, try again later.

I tried the chat option and it was a very long wait. It took me a long time to get to that even. Trying to get to help is a real chore. I usually let my issues pass because of this. This time I tried because I want my 150 feather coins that I earned and did not receive. I tried to start a new issue but could not get to that, so I gave up. I'll just keep my issuses to myself and seethe inside and leave Pogo when my membership expires along with my husband.

@keyslite, FYI. I cancelled paid membership and did not renew it late last year for various reasons. The Pogo website has had problems during the 4 years I've been here but it has been worse than ever in the past year.
The number of people playing at early evening hours has fallen from 100,000 many years ago ... to 50,000 four years ago when I joined ... to around 30,000 at the beginning of 2021 ... to between 28,000 and 29,000 most nights now. I would not be surprised if the number of players here drops to 25,000 sometime later this year, which is 1/4 of what the numbers were in Pogo's best days. The main causes in my opinion are the loss of the most popular games here (the Flash and Java games), the basic shut down of the Mini Mall, and the lack of or difficulty in obtaining chat with friends at the multi-player games.
Right now Pogo is in a state of decline but maybe EA can bring Pogo back to a popular website again one day if they want to try.
Your membership will renew automatically unless you manually cancel it. Also removing your credit card number saved here will prevent auto renewal. I'm not suggesting you should cancel, I'm just offering advice if you chose to do so in order that you are not billed again for another subscription.
