In Mahjong Sanctuary, level 40, when I match the snippers, the vines do not

I played the game this morning, and either it was fixed or something else was wrong. The game is now working and I have continued playing up to and through level 45. So far, no other issues.

majhong will noi load
Hi, I've been stuck on Mahjong Sanctuary on level 305 for about a month.....I've played hundreds of times and no matter what I try nothing seems to clear all the tiles....any suggestions? Please help me!!!
I am so glad to see you have made it to the level you have - I am stuck on level 150
I too cannot find a way to win level 305. I have spent at least 30 hours trying!
I notified tech support of my issue not being able to pass level 220. The game even cheats me! I did what I was told to do as a go around, it failed. I have spent so much time and gems to try to get thru it. Doesn't seem like there will be a fix for it. Not a happy camper.

The number of players who have reached level 300 and higher are small compared to the number of players who play the game Mahjong Sanctuary, Jewel Academy and other games with high levels. You can search online using keywords like Pogo Mahjong Sanctuary and the level you are looking for suggestions for completing. Sometimes other players will provide helpful hints at the Badge Hungry forum. I have found a few helpful ideas there sometimes in the past.
At the EA Answers HQ, the EA community managers focus more on helping players having trouble with their games not working rather than how to succeed at completing certain levels. Perhaps another player will see your comments about wanting suggestions for completing certain levels and will leave advice here.
