Mahjong Sanctuary Help

my game of mahjong sanctuary lets me play my daily and past levels but will not let me play level1601 please help

Mahjong Sanctuary level 1577 is not working. I press the level to play and it does nothing.

• Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
• Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
• Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
• Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
• Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Also, ensure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information? 

• Screenname:
• What Device are you using?
• Which web browser do you play on?
• Do you get an error message at all?
• Screenshot of how your game appears...

I have tried all that is listed. I am able to play the daily but not level 1577.

crzymagidldy, I am using desktop, good chrome, no error message, I just click to play and it does nothing.

Level 1577 in mahjong sanctuary will not open. Its been a week now are you working on it. Not nice to have to work on getting badge playing older ones and not getting the coins or credits for buying the animal stuff plz fix i have done everything l could  to get it to work on my end pogo you need to get it together or you may  lose alot of frustrated customers you been having alot of issues this last year on many different  games 

Can't play level 1577 in mahjong sanctuary, doesn't open , this happened when new Biome came out.

Why does Level 1599, Mahjong Sanctuary not open?
