We're sorry to hear that some of you are experiencing some freezing and loading issues with Mahjong Sanctuary. To help us better understand, it would be super helpful if you could share some details with us:
- What’s Going On? Tell us a bit more about what’s happening for you. I've seen reports that the game freezing, and others that it's not loading. Is both happening for you or something else? Any error messages or specific actions that seem to cause the problem?
- When Did It Start? When did you first notice this issue? Does it happen at certain times or just randomly?
- What Are You Playing On? Are you on a PC, Mac, Android, iOS, or something else?
- What’s the version of your operating system? For example Windows 10, macOS 10.15, Android 11, iOS 13?
- Where country or region are you playing from? This can help us understand if the issue might be regional or global.
- When Does It Happen? Does it occur when you open the game, in the middle of playing, or at a specific point or action?
- What Have You Tried? Have you tried anything to fix it already, like restarting your device, reinstalling the game, clearing the cache, or updating the app/OS?
- What are you seeing? It can help to have a visual of what's happening on your screen when you come across an issue. Please pop up a screenshot if you can.

- Check for Browser updates or Device Updates
- Make sure you have your login info written down and then clear the browser/app cache
- Give your device a restart.
