Mahjong Sanctuary - not able to get on Daily board - other levels seem to work fine cant get daily board to load

I'm also stuck on level 1577. Can't go to next game.
Cannot play new levels on mahjong sanctuary for a week. Have cleared cache and rebooted computer and still won't work

How do i get help with getting on to a level higher than 900 in mahjong sanctuary?
