mahjong sanctuary
game is stock with stupid bird telling me i have not finished my tasks and freezes there

I am having the same issue in Mahjong Sanctuary. Level 165 Bird appears on screen with a blank task list and no apparent way to progress.
I have the same problem and has been going on for the past 9 months.
Did you read the post above yours? 450 is as far as you can go in the first biome. You can click on the map in the left part of the screen to move to the arctic biome but you have to complete all of the tasks in the Savannah biome before you can move on,
What are all the task in Savannah biome you need to complete to move on to arctic biome
