You guys finally fixed my game after over a month stuck on the same level & losing a lot of points.

It's already stuck again!!

Why does this keep happening?

What level are you on?

Have you completed all the tasks list for the biome? If so, have you clicked on the map to change biomes?

Did you happen to try any of the troubleshooting steps yet to help pinpoint the issue?

Yes, this is happening to me also. Can's seem to advance to the next level.. I hope they fix this asap!!
