Re: matching moments loads but won't play

I just did a chat with Pogo because I can't get matching moments to fully load...the page loads...I click the "let's go" button that pops up then the next pop up is incomplete as the box on the top is empty...then I get no curser and nothing works....I have added the screenshot sent to the help line person.
