Re: Matching Moments - Stuck after hitting Play

I get to the screen that says "play" and the screen freezes.

Error messages or Error Images: Screen freezes in Matching Moments when hitting the Play button. No error message, just doesn't load. Screen freezes.

What Troubleshooting steps you've already completed: all you have mentioned i.e. cleared cache, rebooted, windows update is up-to-date, restarted computer

matching moments partly solved for me
after loading into the game i close out the smaller windows asking me to "play"
then i hit the gold arrow down in the right hand corner i then get up a window
that shows the challenge on top and the power ups i can use and the play at bottom
loads me into the game
its kind of scary that it will not freeze but this is better
nothing was working before no matter what i did

Im having the same issue. Gets to the play screen and it freezes
