matching moments is not loading when i click start game it says try again i hit the try again button 3 times and then it says cancel or restart if i hit restart button it just repeats the same process. It's been doing this since sunday and I missed finishing the weekly challenge and now we have a new challenge and we can't play it.
That is what I am getting also. You just can't clear it or get read of it.
they never reply, I don't even know why they have this. they never fix anything and they put broken games into events that you can't do because of their glitches. they just spent millions and millions of dollars to buy EA and you would think these technical wizards could fix a **bleep** game. i am ready to hit the road with POGO already

I can't load matching moments. How can you complete a challenge if you can't get on it.
Come on Pogo, either remove the game from the event or fix the **bleep** thing. Why do you keep adding games to events that don't work or glitch every other day. It is getting tiresome that we are paying good money to play these games and your technical wizards can't fix it. If it can't be fixed then replace it with something. It was doing that for that last even also which I couldn't finish because it was down. This is unacceptable!

This has been happening to me the past several days. It worked for me in the morning and when I went to play at night I started getting the try again message. I've tried 3 different browsers, cleared caches, etc. Nothing helps.

Same here. It has been 3-5 days for me. I followed all troubleshooting steps. The game does load (at level one of game) if I am not logged in to Pogo, but not if I am logged in. I have tried on my phone app also. Same issue.
I've been told to clear my history and cache...did that several times and matching moments is still not working!!!!!
Ditto to all these comments. And the Pogo Forum option won’t load either. This option shows up when you click on Player Support. This has been an issue for at least 3 days now. It would be nice to know that it’s being addressed.
I REALLY WISH POGO WOULD SPEND MORE TIME FIXING THEIR CURRENT GAMES INSTEAD OF RUSHING OUT NEW GAME AFTER NEW GAME. AND THEN THOSE ALL HAVE GLITCHES TOO. I LIKE MATCHING MOMENTS. I WISH I COULD PLAY IT. YET ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH THE GAME. C;MON POGO, DO BETTER!
Very frustrating. Matching Moments cannot be loaded for days now. It was working fine prior to this problem. Please get it sorted out, POGO!
it's been doing that the last two days fo r me also, funny I played it 3 days ago and it was working fine, seems like every time there's a badge to be met there are problems with some of the games
maybe we all need to go to Facebook and play their games for free,since they will not fix these games! POGO😡
Since EA was sold to the Saudis, I think pogo is at the bottom of what they care about. We used to get information on what was going on. Today nothing!! No information in 3 days.
