I don't think anyone is fixing a thing. Matching Moments was a bust. While playing another game, noticed 5 gems missing from the few I had. Reported it. That's probably a bust as well. 

mine was fine until last night then I am getting the black screen then issue and it says my progress could not be saved. what progress? I cannot even get started and of course it is a challenge

Same here, can't do the event challenge.
