Re: Matching Moments – Loading Issues

I have been waiting for two weeks to get into Matching Moments.  Are you getting any support answers about this problem?

I have also been waiting for them to fix Matching Moments. I have not been able to play in a little more than 2 weeks.

The last update from Pogo that I saw was on 9-16.  Far to long to fix IMO.

I can get into the game but when I get to the screen where you can pick boosters and then hit play, my screen freezes and I have to get out of it by clicking the home button.

Exactly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And then they go and make it a challenge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is just ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can get around the freezing by using the red X to close out of the "first try" popup and the "Beachparty" popup. If you don't go into either of those, it will let you continue on and play the game.

Same issue, was working, now opens hit start, the freezes, only way to exit is to use the home symbol, can't play th3 game, couldn't get daily badge yesterday 

I actually got in this time using the steps Tinmarjbk shows above.
