Merge Academy - Constellation Tier Rewards?

I have the same issue.  When earning tier rewards in the Constellation event for Merge Academy, the reward never shows up in the game.  For other games, like Quinn's Aquarium, these rewards automatially show up the next time I play.  I've never received my rewards for merge academy even though I have earned several of these coins and energy rewards by completing other games' badges.  Please reply back and let us know how to claim the rewards.  I pay for Club Pogo access and it seems like problems experienced in Merge Academy (my favorite game) are always ignored.  Does anyone actually read these forums?  A while back I was having trouble with energy regenerating (along with several other customers) and we were told there would be a bonus for our troubles.  That never happened either.  Please reply with anything - a solution would be nice, but at this point I'd take a "buzz off" just to know you're reading these.  Thank you.
