Merge Academy - No energy starting new game

Hi lynnr67,

Thanks for getting in touch and sharing your experience. I'd like to understand what's happening exactly. You mentioned the energy balance being at zero. Is the issue that the energy meter isn't replenishing while you play? Or is it that the balance isn't carrying over between sessions?

For the latter, could we double-check if you're using the Save & Exit function when leaving the game? This step ensures that all your progress is securely saved. If not, this may be why the energy isn't carrying over between games. Please, test this out when you play again and let us know if it continues after selecting the Save & Exit button.
