Merge Academy - Not Receiving Energy

You cant get energy to play the game it been this way for awhile, We pay for this site and it still is messed up maybe you need to charge less for the site,Some games even need more ranks added like Crazy Cakes 2 and Solitaire Blitz instead of doing Snowbird every month.

  • While playing, the energy  I had disappeared.  Already have trouble making sure my progress is "saved"  but to have the little bit of energy we get disappear.  It would be nice if they gave more energy to fill orders.

    Kiss mine is doing the samething been like that for days its getting old

  • I have been experiencing my energy has not been calculating correctly. has not added any energy all day

    Sorry to hear you're running into issues with the energy balance. To confirm, during active game play, is it that the energy meter isn't replenishing? The balance while playing remains at zero? Or is it that the balance isn't carrying over between closing out and starting up games? 

    For the latter, could we double-check if you're using the Save & Exit function when leaving the game?  This step ensures that all your progress is securely saved.  If not, this may be why the energy isn't carrying over between games. Please, test this out when you play again and let us know if it continues after selecting the Save & Exit button

    Thanks for sharing your post, and sorry to hear about the energy issues. You mentioned something that stood out to me: 

    Already have trouble making sure my progress is "saved"  

    Could you share a bit more? What issues are you having with saving the game? Is the Save & Exit button appearing for you? Are you getting an error message when you select it?
