Merge Academy - Not Receiving Energy

You cant get energy to play the game it been this way for awhile, We pay for this site and it still is messed up maybe you need to charge less for the site,Some games even need more ranks added like ...

While playing, the energy  I had disappeared.  Already have trouble making sure my progress is "saved"  but to have the little bit of energy we get disappear.  It would be nice if they gave more energy to fill orders.

Thanks for sharing your post, and sorry to hear about the energy issues. You mentioned something that stood out to me:

Could you share a bit more? What issues are you having with saving the game? Is the Save & Exit button appearing for you? Are you getting an error message when you select it?
