Merge Academy - Not Receiving Energy

I have not even been able to get the game to load for nearly  a week. It is really aggravating.

This game CONSTANTLY has problems and yet they keep including it tournaments and events.  We need people  not AI to respond to our concerns ---or you will be losing more paying customers!

I only have a white screen in Merge Academy for days now.

In mariachi, I have been paying merge academy.  Was at 99 in the 100 Crystal challenge.  Got to 99 and it went back to 0.  This game is so annoying and it is almost impossible to get this challenge.  Wish pogo would stop putting it in most challenges because it is a pain between losing point, little power, wanting us to use gems to buy power,  and just plain hating this game.   I have read in chats how people are ready to quit pogo ang go elsewhere and I totally get it.

I see the not receiving energy is solved but what about the missing points??

Why are we experiencing repeated issues with receiving energy at Merge Academy? It seems to recur 2-3 times every month. I signed in at noon, for the first time since yesterday, and had only one energy.
