Merge Academy - transaction bug

Per the EA Chat request, I have come across a bug in Merge Academy. I spent 37 gems on 250 energy and the gems were taken but no energy was given. Per EA Chat, it seems to be some kind of bug.

I am ready to cancel my membership
I cannot get any help and I am not able to play many of the games. You have till January 27, 2026 to fix my issue. If it's not fixed by then, you will be losing a membership of 20 years.
