Merge Academy AGAIN took my gems & I got NOTHING!

I am glad to know I am not the only one who just got ripped off on merge Academy. I bought a 100 energy-20 gems & 100 coins - 40 gems. Didn't receive either but it shows up in my gem transaction history. Contacted somebody with EA and got the complete runaround that they will look into it but there is nothing that they can do about it. It has been quite some time since I've played Pogo and now I remember why I quit playing.
