After you select the energy buff in the first area, the game will time out and cause you to quit and refresh and when you come back, all that energy is gone.
It has happened all 4 times that I have tried to collect the energy.
PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!

Merge Academy-every time collect the daily items in each room, particularly the Energy from the Academy Entrance, Iose the items once i start playing the game and the energy disappears. Happened 3 times so far. Anyone else with this problem?
Hi, I get that too but for me its the slices not the energy. its now happening for the last 5 days.
I can now claim the energy or slices in the first level.
However, it will show as available (claim) and I click on the prize and nothing happens. If I check back later I can claim the prize. But at least I no longer loose items when using the extra energy.
Whoever designed this needs to learn how to test their games.
