Merge Academy all spaces filled

In Merge Academy, all of the spaces are filled and there's no way to clear a space. Someone said they have a trash can, but there isn't one in my game and there are no instructions on how to play. ...

Hi, I get that too but for me its the slices not the energy. its now happening for the last 5 days.

I can now claim the energy or slices in the first level.

However, it will show as available (claim) and I click on the prize and nothing happens. If I check back later I can claim the prize. But at least I no longer loose items when using the extra energy.

Whoever designed this needs to learn how to test their games.
