I too have been having an issue with this. All day yesterday and now today. I have lost all bonus items on the map from the trash can on. Are we going to get our bonus items when this is fixed???

STILL HAPPENING! And again it deleted all my energy! I have lost 2days of item claims and progress.

Same. It needs fixed today......not a week or so, as to give up on this game too!

I'm having the same problem. Will they make up the progress we are losing out on? I am also noticing my moves disappearing. I had seven then it was only 1. I don't know how they go backwards. I hope they fix this soon.

same problem couple of days

I have been having the same problem since Sunday night.  Can someone fix fix it?

Having the same problem since 9AM this morning.  This has never happened before on my computer with this game.  What is being done to resolve this bug!? It's a huge issue for Merge Academy players. Please someone fix.
