Merge Academy Glitch

This afternoon, my level 5 chest of tomes and my level 6 Crate with Magic applies stopped spawning no matter how many times I click on it.  Nothing happens.  I tried it on two different tablets and my cell phone as well.  Some others work but I ran out of space to test them all.  Is there a problem?
