Merge Academy Level six cauldron regeneration at 12 hours

Anyone else having  longer regeneration times?  I have a level 6 cauldron generator that is timed at 12 hours to regenerate. I have had this level for about a week and I thought it was generating at 5 minutes or so.  But should not be 12 hours for regeneration. (It was 12 hours this morning but is now at 9 hours 38 min)
