merge academy not crediting me for orders done

any idea why im not getting credit for orders i have completed?  i have completed numerous orders and it doesnt show me that it is adding up

    Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment, could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, ensure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?
    • Screenshot of how your game appears...

  • It could be because you have 1000 crystals and then they made the game part of the new event and you will not get credit for any orders you redeem

  • In doing the puzzle pieces, I had the same problem with a few of the completed orders not being credited.  Not nice pogo.  I got to 49/50 and didn't get the puzzle piece.  Not very happy about that.  Merge Academy after working several hours, I'm done with you.  No more for me.  Pogo you have to do better games without the time outs or you will lose all your players eventually.

  • still no explaination what are orders....cause i am not getting any completed orders....i cannot get orders done if i not know how to complete it....explain game ...PLEASE

  • I am having the same problem.  I have the items but the customers are not accepting them.  This started 2 months ago.  I have cleared cache, used idfferent browsers, even different PCs (all of which are updated with the latest software) to no avail.

    Help!.

  • All games are playing finr and so was merge yesterday. I completed 3 orders. It is not my machine
