Merge Academy not crediting progress

I also have had problems when playing Merge Academy and there was a daily badge to win by earning 20 crystals and then  the Jam Packed challenge to earn 200 crystals to win badge. I played and earned 90 crystals by serving a customer 3 items and did not get any credit.  And I am also not getting energy credits.

EA customer service had no answers sending me here to complain like everyone else hoping that there will somehow be a resolution. Frustrating for sure
