Merge Academy not saving tokens

I am on my last game on the Bingo Challenge Event - Merge Academy. I should have 152 crystals but the game ( event ) is only showing 37. What is going on with this? I have been working on this since the event started and it's frustrating! HELP!!

I am ready to cancel my membership
I cannot get any help and I am not able to play many of the games. You have till January 27, 2026 to fix my issue. If it's not fixed by then, you will be losing a membership of 20 years.
