Have you cleared your temp folders? Way back when pogo was pogo owned, agents would tell us to clear our temporary files in order to fix the problem. Most of us assumed that meant deleting browser history but as I found out about 10 years ago that is not the files they meant. After buying a new computer 10 years ago I was looking around trying to make the old one faster again as it had gotten really slow but had no virus or malware. After research I found the problem.
There are at least two folders on your computer ( perhaps more that I am not yet aware of but at least the two) that pogo seemed to add temporary files to whenever you completed a challenge and won a badge. Now over 4 years on that particular computer of never clearing those folders It had accumulated around 10 GB of data in each folder or there abouts most of which was from badges won temporary cookies or the like that were stored there. When the then pogo agents told Me to clear them they did not specify that I needed to go to through specific steps to clear them, just simply clear your cache and thats it.
So anyway sorry for rambling. If the games are not working crashing freezing glitching, The first thing to try presuming you have a windows pc is. The windows button on your keyboard and the R at the same time to bring up the run box. In the run box type, temp and click ok, It brings up a temporary folder. You're going to select all the folders inside that folder and delete. I tell people this in chat but they won't do it because they are afraid of messing up their computer but you shouldn't have a problem as a safeguard pops up this action cant be completed because... check mark do this for all files and click skip. It will skip those and close it. Then you need to do the windows and R again and type %temp% and click ok, Search will bring up that temporary folder, Then you select the folders in it like last time and delete and again the safeguard comes up, select the do this for all box, and click skip. I did not get made aware of how to find these folders all of those years and again there was 10 to 20 GB of un needed temporary files stored there. Didn't need a new computer at all just needed to be made aware of how to find these to delete them to make it good again.
I find whenever a game is not currently working that is the first thing to check before coming to forums to report the problem. Some games do still seem to have bugs even though those are cleared but sometimes it helps the problem. Now the reason I am here is because I am one of those suffering from the needless hash tag chat censoring that some players are dealing with. Not banned not in trouble just a massive bug that needs fixing Obviously it is not my computer because I wrote this long winded speech lol without it getting censored.

I am thinking of canceling my membership. Don't understand why they take our Mone but will not fix the many games that are not working properly.

I have never been able to play Solitary Home Story. This week also Word Womp won't open. Its seems like every week its one of them.

Same here and can't figure out how to actually get help..been a member for years but might have to reconsider

- Which games aren't working for you?
- What happens when you try to play them? (blank screen, won't load, freezes, error messages, etc.)

If the game you are having issues with is on the service notice, please watch the Pogo Forums or Pogo Blog for further updates. For all other games, please try the troubleshooting steps. There could be a variety of other system checks you could try.
The most common and overlooked is:
Outdated graphics driver →Our devices constantly update, and sometimes system updates include Graphics Driver updates, however as gamers we need to check ourselves to verify we have the latest patches.
Outdated or Weak Internet Connection → Even our modems to the internet need cleaning and updating! A device powering on doesn’t mean it’s performing well. Modems and routers are basically tiny computers, and like any computer, they can slow down, glitch, or degrade over time.
Security & Antivirus Blocking, Popup or Browser Extension Blocking and Browser extensions: Can block games from loading, ensure Pogo is on your whitelist (safe). Turn off any pop-up blockers or extensions on your browser.
