Merge academy Shelf of Tomes regeneration time is now 12 hrs??

I swear if they don't stop tasking my GEMS wail I am playing most times and never no what it bought ? This game will drive anyone crazy take like less then 30 min to play what they let you ?? I get no coins cant open room to store items its lately been taking items i no i finished ???? POGO I now am missing 368 GEMS ??? and my account membership coming up i cant get in and use my Wallet account and no one has helped me been asking or over 2 years  its enough to pay membership so take that out when it is due and Give us a real EMAIL address to contact you POGO?  games are getting worse waiting on Energy -- lives --and so on we pay you already dang games getting boring ..................

 no one cares at all POGO was one of the best sites now its NOT it cheats so bad and you can see it and cant do anything because pogo wont HELP AT ALL they don't care what we write unless its to brag and i will never do that again they owe me  now over 400 GEMS ? they some how don't give my game credits or if they do they **bleep** over night there all gone and i am sick of the no one can get help at all ? you put my cash money in my wallet going on 3 years you wont let me have it ? i was working and all most had my last order in  Merge and bam they kick me out of the game but finished all the board and received nothing ......

2 days now every game is messing up it will some time es let you play 1 game or  it will not load and its not given credits ether i have switch  internet like google all others cleared everything its all on your side so we not go to get are credit for today i wont my at least 300 gems i won and played  for you just wont help i guess its because we live in USA
