Merge Academy: Trash can NOT giving me Energy

I went to play game at 5:30 today August 29, 2024, my energy level was only at 43, NOT at least 100 when I signed into game!!   

I had not played the game since either last night or at least not since 7am this morning, which should have given me well over 43 bolts of enegy. 
Went to Trash can and selected to get the energy showing for 45 bolts, I clicked, said it was processing and set timer to 11 hours, but it did not register ANY new energy!
My energy was still at 43 bolts.  Went back, clicked on it again, it pops open, has 45, clicked again. It then said processing again at 70 or 90, set timer to 23 hours BUT still NO energy was granted!!!

Please RESET the timer back to now 10hrs and give me at least the 45 I clicked for.  I did play and left at 0 bolts. 
ALSO what changed in 12 hours, I now had the game freeze with a time booster.

    my merge energy disappeared and has not accumulated since noon today, what happened

    All my energy disappeared from my Merge Academy , logged on the game a lot of new updates but no energy Please FIX .

    I'm noticing that the energy isn't generating correctly ever since the update. I logged in after many hours away from my device and only had 7 energy. I'm not sure what this is about, but I hope they can fix this issue soon!

    Merge Academy, is once again, not generating energy.  Was away since yesterday and come on now to only 17 energy bars.  Can we get it together?  They don't even mention this as an issue even though there are complaints about it.

    same is happening to me. been gone for 7 hours i get baxck i have 1 energy. something is wrong with the game. i tried restarting my computer as well

    I've tried several avenues to report this and it's frustrating that no one is listening. What's the use in having a game that you can't play? Is there an answer?

    my normal energy will not load and I can't get any from  the trash can. Last time I played was around midnight last night
