The game kept resetting itself in the last 5 hours of the game, preventing me from finishing the game. I spent so much in gems trying to get this finished, but was running against POGO resetting back.
This is not fair. There is no contact person to advise of the problem. What do I do now and how can I get reimbursed for all the problems?
I was enjoying playing the Treasure trove. I only got to play a short time.
Merge Academy Treasure Trove was totally messed up. There is no way you could get this done without gems in 4 days. I spent a ton on gems to get to the end and it ended at 2:00 a.m. So, I still had 3 orders to do and feel like I have been ripped off.
I was asleep the last few hours of Treasure Trove but when I finally got on to the regular Merge I found out that I was missing 500 gems. I had already spent about 100 gems, 20 gems at a time over the course of the game. I did get in contact with EA and got a case number. They did email me back and simply said "NO FIX" Didn't say why they couldn't fix it other than maybe it would cost them a few bucks. I have tried to respond the case number they gave me but will no longer allow me to talk or chat with anyone. This game was messed up from the get go. I had so many anvils that I got for free I had to delete them in order to have spaces to play the game.
