Merge Academy won't load
I've restarted and cleared cache - Merge Academy won't load. It just sits on this page.

Hello! Thanks for sharing the screenshot! It seems like it's struggling to load completely. I have a few steps you can try to resolve this issue.
High Usage: To optimize performance, close any unnecessary tabs or applications that might be running in the background and using up resources. If you're on a gaming site, try to keep only that webpage open for the best experience.
Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.
A slow or unstable internet connection can cause games to freeze or slow to load. Check the quality of your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable) to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider. There should be a number on the cord, the best at this time is 6 and up.
Check for System Updates: Ensure your operating system and browser are up to date.
Check your Hardware Compatibility: Ensure that your device fulfills the minimum specifications for Pogo. You need at least 8GB of RAM. Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout, freeze and exit abruptly. System requirements to play Pogo games

Thank you for your response. I play this game everyday on this laptop computer. It's the only tab open on my browser, and I have nothing else running in the background. My husband is able to get in to play on his laptop (same age and model), next to me in the same room, and we're running on wifi (and I am able to play other games). Everything is up to date - I made sure of that yesterday, based on the troubleshooting guide. I've restarted the computer several times. No dice - still can't get in.
