Good afternoon,
Thank you for your response. I play this game everyday on this laptop computer. It's the only tab open on my browser, and I have nothing else running in the background. My husband is able to get in to play on his laptop (same age and model), next to me in the same room, and we're running on wifi (and I am able to play other games). Everything is up to date - I made sure of that yesterday, based on the troubleshooting guide. I've restarted the computer several times. No dice - still can't get in.

Could you let us know what browser you're using to play as well as your pogo username so we can look into this a bit further for you?
