merge academy

today on merge academy I paid the gems to skip the timer on the first free item on the garbage can and now it wont let me claim the free item...

    I think we need some sort of Liaison or Master player for this game to go to for help, lol. There are so many questions about items disappearing or changing.

    Try contacting them directly to see if they can explain why this happened to you. Hope everything works out for you 🙂

    How to use EA Help

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Pogo (or any game you're trying to play)
    3. Select the See all help topics
    4. Select the option I want to know more about my game (1st row 9th down)
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email instantly.

    I have the same problem and if we have any more badges for merge we cannot complete them without the sewing machine! Guess from now on any badges concerning the game of Merge we cannot do!!!!! Someone please help with this!!!!!

    Same here I`m stuck My thread you used to get a sewing machine was removed from my giftbox and now I cant play merge without the thread I`m stuck all my orders need sewing machine to move on

    Finally today I was able to get the Sewing machine, as they have added Chapters, so now I was able to merge my items.
