Yup I JUST finished with the "chatting agent" about this issue- this is time #5 that its happened to me- and for that- paying for gems is them stealing.

Can you let me know if you still didn't receive the energy that you should have?

That is correct, I am down 5000 energies after this happening 5 times (180 gems x 5 = 5000 energy). My screen name is Effeffemm. I couldn't find the contact info twice so I put in a complaint, and then found the chatbot (possible human) and they said they couldn't help- that it would be looked at by a "Team" if we didn't see it reset "in a few days"....... Still nada.

After the last one I had to buy more gems. I didn't plan to- but if you want to play the game for more than 5 minutes (100 energy) you kinda HAVE to. They really need to change that. Sell the game offline or something.

I still have not receive the 1000 energy. My pogo user name is LRBURTON2. I have place 2 tickets but have never been refunded.

Evening- sorry for the late reply, no, I havent had this rectified yet. I would just prefer a refund at this point since I refuse to play the game anymore. 5000 energy I never received. My username is as you typed. Effeffemm on pogo. Thank you if you can do anything, I appreciate your checking in.
