Merge Academy

I have been trying to get Merge Academy to load but it will not load for 2 days now. I have cleared my Cache and restarted my computer but that hasn't done anything. All the other games load, so that tells me that it is on your end. I have lost 2 days now trying to earn my badge. I have been a member since 2001 and I am tired of having issues with POGO. You all make it VERY hard to find answers and to find somewhere to post a problem. When I do post a problem, I NEVER HEAR FROM YOU!! I know you don't care if I cancel my subscription or not. But GET BETTER at CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

    Hello! Sorry to hear about your loading issues with Merge Academy. Have you attempted the steps outlined in your previous post from a few months back, and did any of those steps assist in resolving the issue at that time?

    Additionally, we have the ability to reach out to EA Help and create a case if we ever have an issue or a question here > I need help getting Pogo to work - Pogo click on Chat With Us and follow the steps to create a case and someone will help 🙂

    I double checked the game before replying to you and I was able access the game. What device and browser are you using, are you getting an error message or is just not loading for you?
