Hello! Thanks for you for clearing your cache to try and resolve the issue. As technology progresses, our Pogo games are becoming increasingly sophisticated, and not all games are designed the same way. This is why you may find that some games load easily while others may have difficulty.

A white screen while gaming is a common problem encountered by many but is usually easily fixable. Hardware issues or incompatibility, conflicting background applications, and outdated drivers are usually the reason behind the problem.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Updates: Make sure your operating system and browser are fully updated. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes or failed to update this could cause an issue with performance. An outdated OS or issues with recent updates might trigger the white screen error.

Background Applications: Too many programs running simultaneously can consume system resources, causing the game to not fully load, HTML5 games can be resource intensive. Close other tabs or programs to free memory. Also verify that your device meets the minimum requirements for the game, such as having at least 8GB of RAM. 

Graphics Driver Issues: Outdated graphics drivers can lead to display problems, including white screens. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager > Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not).
