MERGE academy

Still going on almost a week later and now additionally can’t collect items from can energy or coins. Any updates?

I agree.  Also earned energy for finishing a room then lost it within seconds.  Also cannot claim the daily energy or coins.

The same thing happened to me  Finally finished a room, was awarded extra coins and energy.  I claimed them and they immediately disappeared.  So frustrating

I am having the same problem 😡It is super annoying when it is a challenge, the game is not working properly. I log on today with 100 energy when the game wanted me to refresh the game only to lose my energy. Please no more challenge until the game is 100% fix

Now Merge Academy is even worse than it was before. Not only do I not have any energy, When I try to collect prizes for the day it makes me close out of Merge. It comes when I try to collect either the power or the coins. It says an error has occured and connection was lost. I can try again or leave game. Happens three or four times than closes the game. No Power, No playing, no collection gifts!!! Can't play at all. 4 days now, I haven't been able to play. Please fix the glitch!
