Still losing energy. I'm not the only one complaining so why isn't it fixed?

Yes, and it’s really frustrating! I don’t want to have to keep buying energy to play! I had 37, then as I’m playing it pops up that it isn’t loading correctly and so you reload it and I had 2 left. And the 37 I had was after not playing for several hours.
