I just completed Silver tier 15 in the current Pogi Constellation which was supposed to award me with 50 energy and 20 coins in Merge Academy.
But just as in all the previous Merge Academy constellation tier awards that I earned, those awards did not appear in my Merge Academy game. No increase in game energy and my coin balance remained the same. Am I missing a step, or is it a bug?
I have the same issue. When earning tier rewards in the Constellation event for Merge Academy, the reward never shows up in the game. For other games, like Quinn's Aquarium, these rewards automatially show up the next time I play. I've never received my rewards for merge academy even though I have earned several of these coins and energy rewards by completing other games' badges. Please reply back and let us know how to claim the rewards. I pay for Club Pogo access and it seems like problems experienced in Merge Academy (my favorite game) are always ignored. Does anyone actually read these forums? A while back I was having trouble with energy regenerating (along with several other customers) and we were told there would be a bonus for our troubles. That never happened either. Please reply with anything - a solution would be nice, but at this point I'd take a "buzz off" just to know you're reading these. Thank you.
I am also experiencing this. in the Nikolaus constellation just completed tier 44 and chose 25 energy from the free rewards and 55 from the pogi pass column. I reloaded, I waited... the rewards have not shown up. This is a continuing issue with the tier rewards. I experienced it in previous constellations but did not report the issue. I'm going to play anyway.. but if I'm going to pay for enhanced features like pogi pass then I would absolutely like to rewards I've earned.
I am having this issue now in the Nikolaus the Merrymaker constellation. I should have received energy from multiple tiers and I have not received any of it.
I am having this same issue in the Nikolaus the Merrymaker constellation. I've claimed coins and energy but it never shows up. Very frustrating. I read somewhere that I may need to restart the game, I've done this multiple times and still nothing.
