Thanks for letting us know that your friend has been having loading issues with Merge Academy. Could your friend join this thread and confirm the following:
- Do the loading issues happen at a particular point in the game?
- Are they playing on a PC or a mobile device?
- If on Mobile, can they let us know if it is iOS or Android?
- If on PC, can they let us know what browser they use and whether they've tried any other browsers?

For me, it worked yesterday but tonight the game won't load. It opens to the first page where it gives instructions but won't go beyond that. There are way too many problems with this game!!!
I am having the same issue. The bar only goes about 3/4 of the way and then stops loading. I never had this issue before today. Hope they fix it before badge is due to end.
