Re: Merge Academy is experiencing Lagging and Not Saving after New Features Added

I only get 5 purple gems out of today's chest. Also started a thread about this and reported as a "bug".

I have the same issues as krispifried.  So many items 'disappear' after generating them, or rather the item appears to be there but not really.  I even used coins to purchase items from the market and only got ghost items, they appear to be in my grid but not really.

I have the same issue.  It took me forever to merge a level 12 staff only to watch it disappear in a glitch.  I bought all four of an item from the shop and only got three - they were cheap but it delayed me completing an order by a couple of hours, crowding my board.   And endless lagging and stacking is just vile. 

Lagging badly since they did the last bull-hockey "update" with promo bubbles. I'm also seeing the intermittent stacking. Last treasure hunt trunk only gave one item, and it sounds like they haven't fixed that on this one either. My 'break # tiles' goal is lagging in the side game - currently showing that I've broken 36/35 tiles and won't give me the reward. And as of a couple hours ago, no progress will save in either the normal game or the grid event. 

yeah mine has BEEN ACTING UP SINCE YESTERDAY GOT THE CHEST AND ONLY GOT 1 SET OF ENERGY NOW CONSTANTLY GOT TO REFRESH ERASES EVERY THING I HAVE ALREADY DONE. I PAY TO PLAY GAMES NOT TO WASTE MONEY . MAY TRY LOOKING INTO A DIFFERENT GAME SITE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS, TIRED OF WASTING MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT IS ALWAYS GIVING SOME KIND OF ISSUE AND TAKES TO MUCH TO EVEN CONTACT THEM

POGO REALLY STARTING TO SUCK,  THEN THEY PUT LIMITS OF DAYS ON THE SPECIALS    {MERGE ACADEMY}   WHEN YOU GET CLOSE THE GAME STARTS ACTING UP ANYTHING TO ROB PEOPLE OF THE MONEY WE SPEND ON THE GAMES EVENIF YOU DON'T SPEND MONEY ON GAMES STILL LOSE OUT CAUSE GOT TO PAY FOR MEMBERSHIP, WHICH LOSE MONEY IF CAN NOT PLAY THE GAMES

Played 3 hours ago, got down to zero energy on both went back an hour later and nothing was saved. did it again went back a half hour later and nothing was saved again did it all over again and the 12 hour and went back in 10 minutes later and nothing was saved again got under a 100 on both again then went out and went right back in and nothing was saved again and the 12 hour I did was not saved either.

Same as everyone else, except that I am not going to even try to get the chest this time!  What for...to only get ONE thing?  This is the first time that I don't want, or even care to clear the grid, and I've done it EVERY TIME!  It's bad enough that I haven't gotten what I am supposed to get, the last 8 times. 

FIX THE DARN GAME ALREADY, OR YOU'LL BE LOSING MORE THAN JUST A FEW MEMBERS!

Right now, I've been biding my time on Pogo...I've been spending more time on another game site, and a few others too, and guess what?  NO PROBLEMS!  Pogo is NOT the only game site on the internet!  AND other members have been asking me where I've been playing, even though you even censor us in our messages.  

Same here. I've only received one item the last two times I played. It's really the only reason to play the bonus game.

On a positive note, I haven't had to worry overmuch about running out of energy, because my patience has run out LOOONNNGGG before my energy has a chance to, with the game lagging so badly.
