Agreed, still slow as molasses and problematic.  No updates in roughly 2 weeks.  It's great to know that they are aware of the issues.  We KNOW that they are aware of the issues, there is no possible way they couldn't be.  Would be even more great to know what they are doing to fix it, if anything at all.  Problems like this aren't something that a company should let simply drag on and on, should have been fixed in a timely manner, really no excuse except incompetence.  Speaking for myself, although I"m sure it applies to all of you out there as well, if I had performed that badly at my job, I would have been shown the door and I promise it wouldn't have taken them a month to get around to it, either.
