the screen comes up, it comes up small, will not enlarge to full screen. Its at 100%, deleted my cookies. this is the only game I am having trouble. I have had this problem for over 3 months. I have not been able to get help so far. Can you please help? Thank you.

Would you be able to grab a screenshot and post it here to the forum?
To screenshot on Windows you can use the Windows key + Shift+ S to bring up the snipping tool which you can use to screenshot the error and then paste that screenshot into a reply here.

I did have it as an app on my phone. I took it off thinking that was the problem. I put it back on but nothing happens when I hit the button. The snapshot, is what comes up when I use my laptop. If I hit the ESC, it goes to a blank white screen.
Have you been able to review this?
