mismatch

When I play Mahjohn Garden, it will give me an additional tile that can not be matched.  On the attached document; I clicked on the matching #4 tile you see in the bottom slots, the other #4 tile is on top of it.  However, at the end of the game, it will sit there and there are not other tiles to match to it.  Sometimes I click on a tile and another tile I didn't even touch will end up in the bottom slots and this happens on level 1 2 and 3.  I noticed this issue with a weekly challenge and I was on the snake, replayed that level 10 times, and was finally able to get past it today. 

Occasionally, if I clear my cache it will work for one game, the next I have the same issue.  Other times, I clear my cache and I get the same issue; and it isn't always the same tilel.

I'm in the middle of a badge (win 10 games) and I have played the "dog" 5 or 6 times with the same outcome either 1 or 2 tiles that cannot be matched as there are no more tiles.

I'm on level 29 (since the redo) and was on level 90 on the old  platform, so I play this game a lot.

I know all sales are final, but if we can buy the badges, we should be able to play the games.

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

       

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game    
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)  
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates    
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games
