Missing Mix-n-Match Album Completion Special Edition Badge
On July 30, 2022, I completed my last Mix-n-Match Album (Mix-n-Match 139), but I did NOT receive a "Super Secret" Mix-n-Match Album Completion Special Edition Badge.
I have a log of every Mix-n-Match Album Completion Special Edition Badge that I have been awarded, along with supporting image files and the associated Mix-n-Match Album.
I opened an EA Support Case. After 5 long EA Support Chat sessions (from Saturday, July 30, 2022 to Sunday, July 31, 2022) and a 1 hour EA Support Phone Call today, August 1, 2022, I was told that EA Support CANNOT add a badge manually to my Special Edition Badges Album.
Even after reviewing the images and main text file I attached to the EA Support Case and trying to explain over the phone what Pogo Mix-n-Match Albums, the Special Edition Badges Album and "Super Secret" Mix-n-Match Album Completion Special Edition Badges are, and providing the name of a "Super Secret" Special Edition Badge that I do not have, I came up empty with EA Support. I was told at the end of the phone call to post my issue on EA Answers HQ.
I have attached the eight (8) text and image files that I originally attached to the EA Support Case to this post and 2 subsequent posts -- due to the 3 file limit.
